Rules & Regulation
1. Admission & Documentation Requirements :
Compulsory Submission of Documents: A photocopy of the latest examination mark sheet must be submitted by each student on admission. This allows teachers to evaluate the academic position of the student and formulate learning strategies accordingly.
Updation of Personal Information: Any modification of student or guardian details, such as residence address, contact phone number, or emergency contacts, should be conveyed to the tuition centre administration without delay to facilitate uninterrupted communication.
2. Fee Payment Policy :
Advance Payment Requirement: A one-month advance fee is to be paid at the time of enrolment. For example, if a student enroll in April and the monthly tuition fee is Rs. 1000/-, they have to pay Rs. 1000/- as the April month's fee at the time of enrolment. This policy guarantees commitment and continuity in education, avoiding breaks in academic studies.
Deadline for Monthly Fee: The fee for tuition should be paid in advance on or before the 7th of each month. A penalty will be charged for delayed payments, and failure to pay within the due date can lead to temporary enrolment cancellation. Students are advised to make timely payments to prevent academic disruption.
Non-Refundable Fees: Once paid, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This covers withdrawal, dismissal, absenteeism, or for any other reason. Refunds or adjustments of fees will not be considered on any grounds.
3. Attendance & Academic Discipline :
Compulsory Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are required to attend all classes on time without exemptions. Excessive absenteeism can lead to warnings or academic punishment.
Completion of Homework & Assignments: Students are required to complete and submit all classwork and homework within the assigned deadlines. Lack of completion may lead to disciplinary action and hamper academic progress.
Offline Tests are Compulsory: All students are required to take scheduled offline tests since evaluations are important in monitoring academic progress. Online classes should only be taken in extraordinary situations (e.g., medical conditions) and with prior approval from the administration.
Student Accountability: Academic achievement is the responsibility of the student while teachers provide the learning environment. Genuine effort, commitment, and persistence are the ingredients for desired outcomes. The faculty and tuition centre cannot be held responsible for a student's performance if they do not achieve learning expectations.
4. Conduct & Discipline :
Expected Behaviour: Students are expected to show courteous, disciplined, and responsible conduct in the premises of tuition. Any disruptive conduct, disrespect to the faculty, usage of obscene language, or any kind of indiscipline will not be accepted.
Right to Expel Students: The right to expel any student for habitual misconduct, breach of rules, failure to meet academic obligations, poor attendance, etc. A student's continued enrolment is subject to their compliance with these rules.
Property Protection: Any loss or damage to tuition centre property due to a student's actions will be the monetary liability of the student or guardian. The repair or replacement cost must be incurred by the concerned person.
5. Safety & Parental Responsibility :
Parental Supervision Before & After Classes: Parents/guardians are the only ones liable for the child's safety before entering and leaving the tuition building. The tuition centre has no responsibility for the whereabouts or behaviour of students outside class time.
Care of Personal Belongings: The tuition centre will not be responsible for misplaced, stolen, or lost personal belongings. It is recommended that students bring with them only those things which are absolutely necessary for class and remain responsible for their belongings.
6. Legal Regulations and Sanctions :
Authority to Modify Rules: The tuition centre reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these rules and regulations as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students and guardians in advance.
Binding Agreement: By enrolling in the tuition centre, students and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined in this document. Failure to comply may result in necessary action as deemed appropriate by the administration.
